We are devoted to providing the best cosmetics to our Customers. If the product is damaged in transit or the product is defective, you can either exchange the product or receive credit towards your next purchase, and must return the item. We always send our items insured.
Sorry to say, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
In the U.S, please send your return by insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery.

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at (702) 395-6344. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
